I initially watched this film for Puss in Boots, but I ended up disappointed. While the animation quality and technical aspects have clearly improved since the first movie, the story itself remains dull and uninspired.

Nominated for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song at the 77th Academy Awards, “Shrek 2 ”is one of those rare sequels that outshine the original. It amplifies the humor established in the first film while adding even more laugh-out-loud moments. The theme song is incredibly catchy, and although the rest of the soundtrack isn't original, it complements the film's mood perfectly.

The sequel is even more fantastic than the first film. Building on the quirkiness of the first movie, "Shrek 2" is even crazier, especially in how it portrays characters like the Fairy Godmother and Prince Charming. Plus, the theme song is really catchy, and even though the other songs aren't original, they do fit the movie really well.

Sequels surpassing the originals is a rare thing, but this movie really cranks up the humor from the first film. Far Far Away, Prince Charming, the Fairy Godmother, and the Frog Prince are all parodied to the max in this movie. I really like the theme song, and even though the other songs aren't original creations, they still fit the movie like a glove.

The best one

This is my favorite Shrek movie. I love the connection between all the characters, since in this one they are already a family. Besides that, the most iconic scenes of the saga are in this movie, most of them staring the Donkey, like when they are going to Far Far Away and he keeps asking “Are we there yet?”.
