This movie was an absolute adrenaline rush! It hit all the right notes for me, both visually and in the pacing. When I first started watching, I thought Max was a woman. But when I found out he was a guy, I wondered how it could be a feminist film. But after watching, I was blown away. Every female character is so strong, and their resistance is fierce. As a male character, Max plays a great supporting role, delivering powerful attacks without stealing the show. This movie is a real treat!

Okay, putting aside my nitpicking, this movie is really impressive. The plot is tight and doesn't drag, especially that insane gunfight at the train station. I haven't been that excited watching a fight scene in a while. The female lead is a total warrior, kind of like Katniss in "The Hunger Games," but the acting in this one is just on a whole different level.

The visuals in this movie are absolutely insane! It's like they took the game "Borderlands" and brought it to life in a big way. The car chases are wild, the guitar riffs are rocking, and the skeleton caravans in the sandstorms are just crazy. It's all got this punk vibe, and that's just amazing. The action is perfectly timed, and the plot is tight-paced. The whole thing just feels so raw and wild!

When I first started watching this movie, I felt a little confused, and I kept nodding off because it was already late. But the plot kept me going. To really enjoy this film, you gotta know some background info, like that "Oasis" is the female protagonist's hometown. If you don't, you might miss out on certain important points.

12. One thing that's interesting was that I thought the film was going to end quite a few times, when suddenly the story kept on going. Some gory scenes can be appalling, but later you would find them reasonable cause that's how we, human beings, behave in the most primitive, probably also the most advanced way. Like the war boys who are so fanatic about the glorious death and the poor people eager to tear apart the Immortal Joe. That's just who we are.

11. Never watched the previous films in this series before, I couldn't make head or tail of the beginning of the film. After a brief foreshadowing, the director leads us to a breathtakingly well-knit grand picture. Miller knows it well how to present some of the deepest parts of humanity to the audience in a simple and primal way.

This Hollywood action film perfectly exemplifies the director's unique filmmaking style. It is executed flawlessly and feels like a miraculous achievement. You'll be hooked within the first 30 minutes, and the music in the storm scene is simply genius! The film has a captivating and slightly cult-like atmosphere, a tightly paced plot, and dialogue that serves a purpose. It's straight-up exhilarating! Surprisingly, the story also touches on female empowerment, with every female character realizing their self-worth.

This movie is exactly what you'd expect from a top-notch American commercial genre film. Its main focus is to showcase its wild imagination. While the action-packed chase scenes may not be that fast-paced or surprising, the director's unique style shines through. This film's creative and imaginative visuals are awe-inspiring and surprisingly enjoyable. Moreover, the characters are well-portrayed, with each supporting character having distinct traits. It's just incredible.

It's insane to think of how GROUNDBREAKING it was in terms of women represantation at the time of its release, and how it does not stand out anymore in this aspect. Which is pretty awesome culture-wise. It still have impactful characters though, and that happens because they weren't written simply for the shock-value of being women, they are actually deep and interesting.

Crazy and powerful

The Mad Max saga reaches a new frenzy level in "Fury Road", a movie that is fluent because it was based on story boards and not on a script of traditional cinema.

Dystopia and speed

The crazy races of “Fury Road” cannot be compared to anything. A movie where those with the speediest vehicles rule the world.
