The title breaks your heart already

Intensely real and saying it "just feels horrible to be aware of the situation" doesn't begin to cover it, because if you're an empathetic enough person or just one who has both feet on the ground currently, it makes you feel stupid. Once you see it, you can't un-see it. It's heartbreaking and revolting at the same time and you, or I, literally have no idea how to respond to it afterwards. Regardless, it's a very carefully and sensibly constructed work and a very important watch.
