Is it just me or, are there no more movies?

The need for peace in the world is urgent. And it is clear that as MJ said:

“IF YOU WANT… to change the world, change the man in the Mirror.”

So, I think to myself: - What I am adding to the problem? -

Let us list it:

  1. Do I make peace in my home, my work, in my commute?
    I am trying.
  2. Do I make peace inside me?
    That is a tough one.
  3. Do I make peace with my money?
mmm… that is a strong thinking one.
  4. Is my media consumption adding fire to the world?
    YES, IT DOES.

Making the story short I decided to stop watching any movie or series with violent content. At least minimum violence.

What happened?

There is almost nothing to see. with an A level.
Horror movies are boring, and they are in the same playground as violent movies.
Animation have a lot to explore, but they missed it in the connection ground.
Sports movies are ok, but its just some humans, wasting time.
Documentaries are amazing and so inspiring, but many times we seek to rest the mind not overload it.
Of course Romantic Comedies are the best, but they always have a reflection of cultural times or an agenda of some kind.
Action films works sometimes but lately, every time there is a murder we root for the victim or the family of the victim.
Don't you ever wonder what happened to all those guys that John Wick kills?
There mothers, fathers, friends, sons…

Can we all co-exist?

If there is a cause and effect, there is a Creator of the Universe and with him laws that make the Universe STABLE.
With that comes Devine Justice, and reincarnation and with that “Shall not Kill” makes a lot of sense…
But it takes the fun away… : 0

So how can we achieve World Peace while having fun?

So Red Flag movies are really the inside of a person?
Its really hard to share something that do not vibrates within, and bond from that is almost impossible, only sex.
This times are forcing us, sadly, to head our true north to the place that we want to live.

We are creating, and attracting constantly, so we will not been able to accept those energies in our lives, and seeing others fueling that reality, push us away or drive us into change.

Who is right or who who is wrong, was always hard, but now we know better.
Peace can solve the same problems that war.
Violence burn it self.

But do my dollars build a peaceful ambient or are they a stone in the road?

Let us see our money as a Powerful Tool that can create a Heaven and bury the hell of the wars forever.
Nothing is more important that a stable world were people can grow from inside seeking the starsand not the ground.

I see where you are coming from, and ya a lot of films weave violence into the plot but there are a lot of great movies where violence is not present. Take for example classic comedies or musicals. some dramas steer clear from it as well

Try melodramas. Rebecca, Humoresque, An American in Paris, any Woody Allen movie, A Complete Unknown. There's plenty of movies without violence if you know where to look

There will be red flag movies for decades to come because society changes all the time. That is an interesting article, thanks for sharing!

This is a really interesting take on the idea of Red Flag Films. I can't say I entirely agree with you, but you do make some really solid points about the fantasy we enjoy onscreen and the reality of what we're watching.
