Sweet Tooth (2021)★ 7.9/10

After watching all three seasons, it's clear that the fantasy stuff isn't really the main point of this series. It's more about love, dedication, faith, and humanity. The third season changes a bit from the kid-friendly adventure style of the first two; instead, it's got darker, heavier plotlines that give the whole show a different feel. The characters also get more realistic and exciting as the story goes on. The ending might be predictable, but the journey is full of surprises, so it's really satisfying.

This drama is just perfect! The story, character development, acting, and life lessons are all top-notch. Christian Convery's acting is improving, and he's grown up a lot since the first season. In short, this show is fantastic, and I love it so much!

This series is over. Gus is super cute, but I didn't think the plot was as good as the first two seasons. Overall, it's okay, but some character setups are pretty stereotypical, and the ending plot is just...speechless. The fight scenes don't make sense, but the ending is pretty natural. I didn't think it was okay to let Wendy and Gus be together; I always saw them as friends.

This post-apocalyptic movie is super engaging, and the fantastical style is really intriguing. In this show, our real world only exists in the past and our memories, which surprisingly makes the desolation after the collapse feel relatable. It's a post-apocalyptic road trip series about a new order, and revealing mysteries about the characters' backgrounds is pretty touching and healing.

This series is one of the rare comic book adaptations that really works. It keeps the heart of the original story but finds an outstanding balance between mainstream audiences and the original narrative. There are so many great setups. Using multiple storylines for each protagonist is smart, and the changes to Singh's characterization are really well done. It gives the "end of the world" thing a more exciting feel than the comic.

This show is so interesting! I love following the three stories and these different point of views of the apocalypse. And despite loving all characters, Gus is definitely my favorite one.

Super linda.
