Relennedy HatnouannNovember 17, 2025I admit that at first I was a little disappointed by the change in the witcher, but then I continued because the story was interesting. The ending remains to be seen, but otherwise, good work.

Alma_MyersApril 20, 2024I'm quite pleased with the first episode of The Witcher, with noticeable improvements in budget, scenery, and cinematography from the previous season (which is reassuring). With plans for seven seasons, I'm optimistic about the show's future, especially since the source material is just beginning to unfold.

Alexis_BurkeApril 20, 2024"The Witcher" boasts top-notch production, with excellent sets, sound effects, music, and visual effects, but fails at storytelling. The first season's narrative was unclear, and the second season continued this trend, attempting to juggle too many storylines at once without advancing the plot. The monster fights feel strained, and after a lengthy buildup, the monsters are defeated too easily, making for an unsatisfying viewing experience.

I'm a huge fantasy fan and I loved The Witcher from the start, so this second season I was really dying to watch. I loved how they developed it and how we got to know more of where Geralt came from and more about what Ciri may be- the downside is I'm now dying for the next season to drop already.

The characters and storyline managed to grip me throughout the entire season and I enjoyed every minute of it. The casting seemed almost perfect and now, some of the characters seem like they could never be acted by anyone else. Many are saying it, but I have to agree that Henry Cavill does an amazing job in his role and his performance was one of the focal points that I enjoyed in the show.

The Witcher is great in every single aspect: great plot, effects, fight scenes and cast. Henry Cavill is amazing as Geralt de Rivia.

The first season of "The Witcher" explores several events that help us understand the personalities and abilities of the three main characters through adventures apparently random that help to build the magical but dark world they inhabit.

Although some episodes may seem slow, the first season of “The Witcher” is a solid foundation to continue expanding a story that promises to be much bigger.
