Esther McGregor began modeling at age 16, working with top brands such as Fendi, Stella McCartney, Miu Miu, and Celine. Miucci Prada personally selected her to open a Milan runway show. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she formed the band French Thyme and released an EP in 2020. She also became a licensed tattoo artist and opened Pink Ether, a tattoo shop in New York City. In 2022, Esther made a cameo in the Disney+ miniseries Obi-Wan Kenobi and starred as Natalie in the Amazon Freevee series High School, produced by Plan B. In 2024, she was cast in the Amazon Prime Video series We Were Liars.
