I mean is this movie fine? Sure. It's pretty corny in places (a lot of places), and pretty clichéd.
This is the kind of movie that's been coming out since like the 1940s. It says "2019", but it could've been 1988, or 2005, or 2026. The enemy are border-line faceless. The good guys can be broken up into clear archetypes. Their character growth -- in whichever direction -- is predictable.
The Vietnamese are so not focsed upon despite being the Ever-Encroaching Enemy, this barely qualifies as a Vietnam War Action movie.
I mean not one "Fortunate Son" needle drop?
