Belinda_ConnorAugust 4, 2025Based on a true story, "The Butler" traces Cecil’s journey from hotel server to White House butler. During his 34-year tenure, he served eight presidents and witnessed some of the most pivotal moments in American history. Through Cecil’s eyes, the film showcases the evolution of the civil rights movement and highlights how ordinary individuals shape history in extraordinary ways.

Cheyenne_BenderJuly 31, 2025The film is technically uninspiring as it's structured with a simple linear storytelling and, unremarkable camerawork, in essence a straightforward approach that borders on tedious. It feels like a test of patience more than a cinematic experience.
