Redemption (2013)★ 6.5/10

Yet another film that revolves around finding inner warmth and self-discovery. Jason Statham seems to have developed a liking for these types of roles lately, probably realizing that brawn alone won’t change his image. There’s very little action here, so if you’re looking for adrenalin-pumping scenes, this might not be for you.

With Jason Statham onboard, the movie naturally leans into action-thriller territory. But make no mistake—it’s still a deeply introspective film. It could’ve easily worked with another actor known for serious roles. The theme centers on self-redemption, as the protagonist seeks revenge out of love while trying to become a better person. As a debut film, it’s a solid piece of work.

Todos sabemos que hay que esperar de este tipo de películas así que logra muy bien el cometido, bala, acción, militares, todo. Cool! me gustó .
