The best comedy movie, according to Variety, is The Naked Gun

Variety published its list of the Best 100 Comedy Films. Of course, that's subjective, but there are some wild choices here. I think that The Naked Gun getting first place is crazy. I watched it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and didn't even chuckle once.

Have you seen the list? What did you think? What classic comedy is missing?

A lot of good movies named, but I didn't agree with the order... having Everything Everywhere one spot ahead of Ron Burgundy was just meant to get under my skin. Also, does Brazil even count as a comedy?

You didn't chuckle in the full-body-latex sex scene? You must not be human!

the list is a bit cooked. i'm not mad at the #1 spot, but a majority of the list is just so false

I remember enjoying it a lot, but I can't help but feel like Paramount's lobbying had a role a part in this list, hahaha
