Jenny Lumet Talk

Attended at Jenny Lumet talk at VIFF today! It was a wholesome, interesting conversation. Jenny was more than welcoming when it came to answering questions and sharing her experiences!

I was also at this one. I really appreciated that she thought deeply about her answers at the Q&A. It's easy to phone in answers like that, especially when I'm sure she's heard a lot of those questions before, but her answers were thoughtful and sincere.

I liked the overall message of writing the story starting with the character (the intimate part) and growing from there (the infinite part). I must say, I don't think I've watched any of her shows or movies, so I don't know what that looks like when Jenny Lumet does it. The trailer for The Man Who Fell to Earth looked cool, I do want to check that out.</br>What did you think?
