"The Biggest Fan" a film from Maria Torres premieres TODAY on Netflix
My wonderful friend Maria Torres has a new film out today on Netflix in Mexico, as well as here in Canada. It's called The Biggest Fan and it follows the journey of a star who falls from grace and is forced to take a role that puts her together with her biggest fan, and possibly her worst nightmare. This is Maria's follow up to her last Netflix comedy Anonymously Yours which came out in 2021. You can find that on Netflix right now too.
I've had the pleasure of knowing Maria for sometime, and I'm constantly amazed at her talent for comedy. Her and her husband Enrique Vázquez collaborate on all their projects, and you couldn't meet two nicer people. Last year, their film Sign Here, directed by Enrique, took the festival circuit by storm. That film is also available on, you guessed it, Netflix!
It's always fantastic to see good people doing good things, so if you're looking for something to watch over the next few days, go give The Biggest Fan a shot.
