Keoni MeauxNovember 20, 2025My go-to when I just want something to watch. The earlier episodes are too screamy because of Asta, but the voice actor becomes more comfortable with the role as the show goes on. I'm weird and I never like the main character of a series the most, but Asta is such a dork and such a genuinely good person.

Andre_CoxJune 3, 2024Despite not watching a long series in quite some time, Black Clover isn’t all bad. It maintains the traditional shonen spirit with a narrative that has many intriguing moments.

Lonnie_RutledgeJune 3, 2024Black Clover is a disappointing adaptation by Jump, almost a disgrace compared to their other works. The character development and world-building are poorly executed, making it a shallow borefest.

Jared_GayMay 10, 2024Initially, Black Clover had impressive visuals and an acceptable plot. However, in the later stages, not only did the visuals became mediocre, the storyline also suffered a significant decline, leading to a chaotic narrative.

Santos_GallagherMay 8, 2024Black Clover follows the classic shonen formula in its storyline and character development, but it's set in a magical world with a novel magic system and fascinating displays of various spells. Personally, I find it much more engaging and watchable from the start compared to Fairy Tail, which I find less interesting. Black Clover stands out as one of the more captivating long-form anime in recent years.
