Everyone in this show desperately needs therapy

Amazing. Beautifully shot.

I enjoyed the scene editing to introduce the arcs of the main characters and the sharp humor of the utterly unreliable narrator. The performances are excellent, especially Zendaya as the troubled, addicted, and hallucinating young Rue. The supporting characters and their dramas are also compelling to follow, especially Jules and Kat.

Zendaya's acting is a work of art! Her depiction of an addict is magnificent, she really shows the raw emotion someone in that position has to endure.

It's undeniably an incredible series, and gorgeous to watch, but I couldn't binge on it, to watch the whole thing in one go or even maybe a short period of time to me personally would have been so emotionally draining. Although the story is interesting and compellingly told, it gets a little heavy sometimes.

Incredible. We can relate to every character in some level at one point in time or another even though our lives were never captured near as beautifully and I'm pretty sure all my teen pics and drama look ridiculous in comparison. I digress. Amazing show all around.

Zendeya kills it as Rue. Don't know where she gets her inspiration to play such a complicated and troubled character, but she nails it!

Shows teenage modern day reality. Its virtues and its flaws. It doesn't bother to sugar coat and it's explicit as hell. I love it

Amazing cinematography, compelling characters, a well-written and complex script, and an amazing perfomance and narration by Zendaya. Worth the strong reactions.
