“Loki" is a fun series whose world-building expands on the past events of the MCU. “Loki” shows great promise and sets the foundation for Phase 4. It introduces us to the villain of the next few Marvel movies in a humorous way. This is quite a comical series, and I hope season 2 will not make Loki the butt of jokes. This feels like a redemption arc, and at the same time, it raises more questions that make the MCU more fun to think about.

I held off on this until the final episode. The series started brilliantly, and they packed an enormous amount into each episode, but as it became more complicated, I became a little apprehensive about how it would all finish up. I shouldn't have been because they smashed it out of the park. Episode 6 is one of the best episodes of TV I've ever watched, and the standard set by this show is so high that it's excellent movie-grade production all the way. Every aspect of the production is so fine-tuned that it was a joy to watch. Having said that, it sounds like it was just any old TV show and not a story, but make no mistake, this is a very self-assured piece of storytelling controlled with real finesse. “Loki” Season 2 is a comfortable 9.5 in my book—a well-crafted epic journey.

With tons of information from the previous season being carried over, followed by the crisis in this season's opener, it was a nerve-wrecking experience watching episode 1 of S2. It has alot of foreshadowing while providing explanations for the plot design for this season. Finally it doesn't feel like a popcorn movie anymore. There are so many special effects packed in they could have as well made it into a movie. The show reminds me of the time-jumping mechanics in Quantum and the giant laboratories and equipment designs in Control, two of Remedy Studio's most popular games. Coupled with the retro art style from the '90s, it's literally dreams come true for me! The concept of traversing the past, the present and the future while exploring and uncovering mysteries, this show has the potential to be amazing. Please don't let me down.

It picks up where Season 1 left, so the story takes off almost immediately without any buildups, which can be a little exhausting to watch. The style of narrative steers away from being eccentric towards sci-fi adventure and comedy-ish. The pacing feels weird because there's too much foreshadowing and content crammed into the first episode, making it hard to follow. Despite that, the middle part of the show still manages to feel draggy. There’s too much talking and too little actions. But overall, the story is pretty captivating. I'm looking forward to seeing how the story progresses.

The show isn't even about Loki, it's more like a crappy rip-off of Rick and Morty. It relies purely on the idea of time-manipulation to confuse the audience while milking every single cent out of the characters' popularity. The plot is so bad that if Loki would have been replaced with a different character, it wouldn't even make a difference. Why was it necessary to spend so much time examining and deconstructing Loki's life in the first episode you ask? Because the original Loki is dead in every regard so they thought it would be a good idea to force-feed the idea that "this is a new character" to the audience by trying to give a conclusion to all the motives and life choices of the original Loki. But at the same time, they failed to establish a new central theme. So what you are left with is a nihilistic mess resulted from events unfolding being observed from some imaginary, absurd higher dimensions. Loki became nothing but an empty shell of himself.

I didn't realize this was the real deal. The worldview formed upon deconstructivism and speculative philosophy is extremely interesting. Topics of violence and humanity are touched upon, as well. One can even sense a subtle, yet empathic, note of fatalism. I'm finally seeing Marvel pull out a real breakout of a show after the disappointing The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

If WandaVision is Marvel's version of The Truman Show, then Loki is Marvel's version of Westworld. The themes explored in Loki and Westworld are the basically identical: there is no such thing as free will. No one has free will. People just live by a script pre-written for them. This, however, does not apply to Loki in his universe. Not only can he not follow the script, he can even change it as he sees fit, thus he become the only person in all the universes with free will.

The joke is not funny at all!!!!

I, Loki, the god of intrigue, the prince of Asgard, and the orthodox monarch of Jotunheim, became a TVA working boy on the first day after the New York War. The task was to beat himself. PS. God, the most powerful and crucial infinity stone in the first ten years of Marvel, is just a bunch of gadgets that no one wants... The joke is not funny at all!!!!

Loki

Infinity stones are not as good as a remote control.

Loki

"You were not born to be king, Loki, your birth caused pain, torment, and death. As you are now, as you have been, and as you will be, so that others may achieve their most glorious selves." 😭Loki ...

Not good as expected

To be honest, it’s not as good as expected. My baby's first love was a tragic loss. Please give him a happy ending in the second season😓

I Wanna See Tom Hiddleston More ASAP

Damn Marvel, why did you wait for the three princesses to grow old before making a single-player episode? ! but better late than never
