The first two episodes were standout, offering a glimpse of hope in a season limited to six episodes. However, the subsequent episodes returned to mediocrity, albeit with Rick's return and a heartwarming family reunion that sufficiently ties up the series. This finale feels like a fresh start, distinct from Season 11.

This season feels cinematic, with each episode crafted like a film. Despite the so called "finale", the ending opens up to more possibilities, hinting at an expanding universe with possible spin-offs. It seems the original cast is ready to pass the torch to the next generation of characters.

This spin-off fails to live up to the hype, feeling more verbose and drawn-out than necessary.

Shortening a series that explores how humanity survives under duress does it a disservice. Extending it to the conventional 20-episodes-per-season would likely have made it more compelling.

I stayed up all night to binge-watch this incredible show! While there are some unrealistic details, it's still delightful. I've noticed a difference in style compared to previous shows in the series. This one feels better crafted. The plot starts subtly and gradually builds up, which leaves you satisfied in the end. Personally, I think it's even better than "The Last of Us." I highly recommend it!

The story carries a profound meaning. When the two characters meet again, they don't immediately fight their way out, as conflicts and plot twists occur along the way. In my opinion, the night Rick Grimes and Michonne spend in the safe house is the most thrilling and pivotal moment of the show. However, the only drawback is that the plot development in the final episode feels a bit rushed.

Sometimes, you must acknowledge and accept the logical issues in these types of shows. Zombies are acting like perpetual motion machines. Also, a massive city can keep things under wraps. Plus, the military has a strange habit of bringing in rebellious, outspoken individuals and trying to turn them into leaders. Perhaps it's these logical hitches that keep "The Walking Dead" series running season after season.

The first episode was amazing, way better than I thought it would be. The plot was really engaging and fast-paced. To be honest, as the story went on, it really didn't need zombies to keep things interesting. A great storyline and fantastic performances are all it takes to grab the viewers' attention!
