Marriage Story (2019)★ 7.9/10

Divorce tore apart the happy world created by man. All the things in the past had to revolve around him. As for what his wife and children thought, he took it for granted that he followed his own. So at the divorce, he felt that he was unlucky. Everyone was to humiliate and destroy him, but he could only deal with it clumsily. And the result was a failure. Those subtle details of daily life between husband and wife, once used as a sharp weapon to attack each other, will be very traumatic. The two actors performed this complex emotion well. It reminds me of "Revolutionary Road". It's too depressing. I felt tight in my chest, thinking there was something wrong with my heart. I just want to take a big, deep breath. Let's all fall in love, don't get married. The commitment of a lifetime is too long, and everyone involved is exhausted.

This movie tells a powerful story that, without taking sides, shows the difficulties of love relationships and the arduous legal and psychological process of a divorce.

The freshness of the main characters’ performances makes “Marriage Story” an experience close to live theater. Undoubtedly, one of the bluntest movies in recent years.

Una linda película de fuerza

Lo que más me impacta de esta película es lo real que se siente. Adam Driver y Scarlett Johansson muestran lo bonito y lo terrible de un divorcio: todavía hay amor, pero también resentimiento. Es incómodo verlos pelear, porque parece que estás en medio de algo demasiado íntimo. Pero justamente ahí está la fuerza de la película: en mostrarnos lo humano, sin adornos. Es un recordatorio de que el amor puede seguir existiendo aunque la relación se acabe. Es dolorosa, sí, pero también liberadora. Un retrato sincero de lo que significa separarse sin dejar de quererse.

La ejecución y los planos son geniales. Lo más destacado son los momentos de Scarlett con Adam, están brutales estos dos (se adueñaron de los personajes).

Las relaciones humanas son complejas, y este film es el ejemplo más ilustrativo. ¿Cómo cerrar etapas? ¿Cómo atravesar un duelo, sea de la clase que sea? ¿Cómo entender que a veces lo mejor no es lo que uno quisiera? Dos actores representando de forma magistral todas las emociones en un mismo largometraje. Sin entrar en spoilers, sólo puedo decir que una escena en particular (la discusión), logró generar en esta humilde espectadora la sensación de ingresar en la situación y llorar junto a los protagonistas. Excelente obra cinematográfica a mi entender.

Es una película muy buena

No começo achei ele meio lento, mas a história me cativou bastante, gostei bastante da fotografia, a premissa é até que bastante clichê, mas o filme surpreende, o fato do filme girar em torno da guarda do filho do casal e não focar somente no sentimento um pelo outro foi um diferencial que gostei. nota 8

Esta cinta logra retratar la realidad que hay detras en una relación, logra llevarte a un nivel de detalle emocional que es inevitable que tu memoria no te lleve a tus propios momentos y se te salgan las lagrimas. ¡Brillante!
