Darian_GillespieApril 7, 2024The film adeptly explores the conflicts between religions and politics, clearly articulating the timeless theme of war and peace. However, as acommercial film, it comes with an overly pronounced subplot on romance, which slightly mars its otherwise excellent execution.

Brianna_BennettApril 7, 2024Despite Orlando Bloom's handsomeness being somewhat incompatible for portraying a hardened warrior, "Kingdom of Heaven" stands as a rare, stirring epic among similar historical films, especially when compared to "Troy," "Alexander," and "King Arthur."

The theatrical release and the director's edition are two films entirely. And my rating is just for director's edition.
