The cinematography is stunning, especially the ocean sequences that are as hypnotic as they are powerful. I’ve always loved the sea—when I was a child, I could spend an entire day at the beach, completely unwilling to leave. The sound of the waves and wind still puts me in a trance, makng me want nothing more than to sit and listen.

Surfing is undeniably thrilling, but what stayed with me most was what Frosty considered crucial elements of surfing, namely, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual strength. These aren’t just surfing principles—they’re the foundation of any meaningful life. A healthy soul, emotional maturity, and having a spirit of independence form the core of personal growth.
